Only items that are damaged or not working the way they should are eligible for a refund.
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a refund. Why? Returns runs counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a picture, and if possible we will give you a refund or partial refund. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or return.

Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package as soon as possible.
